You'd want to make the 20, but then you'd need to leave a blot that White would love to hit to escape with a tempo. So I'd start with making the 9, a good blocking point against the 3-point anchor and behind in the race. Having made the 9, I'd move of the point where we are under attack, so 13/9 20/15. That has the added plus of leaving our blot in front of stripped points and duplicating 3s.
