Igor and MishyPoo as captains is fine

Fine if Igor and MishyPoo are captains. Then let each make a list of the players in their order of assumed strength, send it to Jason, Jason rolls a dice to decide who picks first, take the highest from the list and scratch that name from the other's list, repeat for the other captain, and so on.

Maybe one team will be a bit stronger than the other because one captain might now the player's strength better. Would that matter? No to me.
