Blue doesn't want to hit, giving White a chance to make a 3rd backgame point and improving his timing. And White would rather be on the 3 point than 2 point. So, B/22. Then 9/7. Blue has to leave a blot, so might as well try for the 4 prime if missed. B/22 9/7
