Really though, I don't think anyone was busting their balls over it and I had the same reaction as Keene, that Dmitriy's post was a bit defensive. Doesn't matter. He calls it a 'wtf' match and everyone does have them. However, a 'wtf match' for Neil and Phipps would be where they played a 5 or 6 PR. When a 9 and 12 PR are tossed up in a match with a sufficient amount of games/decisions that's not just an off day. That's a 'wtffomfgwthh match' for these two.

I haven't had the chance to go through it yet. I was only noting that if these two played PRs like that there must be some tough/interesting decisions involved.
