Can you make a settlement?

Another backgammon player emailed me the position below and asked me what the settlement should be. I don't usually make settlements unless I'm sure it's blatantly obvious I'm getting the good end of it. I wasn't the person to ask to say the least so I had someone else explain it to me and thought I'd share. Let me clarify a couple things:
- White is on roll and White incorrectly redoubled to 4
- Green took, so now Green owns the cube on 4 with White on roll.
If I've forgotten anything feel free to punch it into Snowie yourself or ask and I'll give you any details I can. Settlement with White on roll and Green owning the cube on 4?
