I did spend more than the usual amount of time OTB staring at this. I never seriously considered NOT cubing, I just wanted to absorb what my various rolls did before I cubed. A lot of what Keene said was bouncing around in my head. The empty 4 point had me concerned, but many of my non escaping rolls made that four point.
Neil's advice is good, which is "Just recube, stop screwing around." =)
I always enjoy a good position where it's correct to cube as a dog.
