We're in agreement that TD rules prevail. The only issue, with respect to LM, is what those rules should be.

If most players want LM, then that should be the default choice. But if two players BOTH prefer to play NLM, then I see no harm in their being allowed to do so since they paid good money to participate. Unless, of course, they are playing in a country ruled by the Taliban. Then they should be yelled at and spat upon.
