I calculate brown's raw takepoint as 9/33 or a bit more than 30%, so the take seems like a slam-dunk.

Applying the same R/(R+G) to the double decision says the doubling window opens at 8/33 or a little less than 25%. White has 13 shakes that hit and they win almost all the time. That's more than 25%, and given they are market losers that looks like enough to double to me.
