Istanbul tournament - FT system

hello everyone,

i would like to have information about this tournament since it seems it was a success. i am just a bit surprise that so few internationals players were there. seems that this tournament is made only for turkish people? no promotion in english at all...

finally, i would like your opinion about the system and about the fact that the organizer played the tournament. it seems not very fair to me, that the one who decide who has a bye and who is your opponent, play the event.

sorry for my questions, but i would like to have answers before to decide to take part of such event
