The experts disagree, tell me why

I will tell you Snowie's rollout supports its analysis, that not moving both men from the 22pt to the 21pt is incorrect. GNU's analysis also supports this idea by the same margin. The question is why? Why isn't it better to prepare to escape both checkers with 5s & 6s? I have my own answer already, Svobodny made Snowie's #1 play, Magriel disagreed and said he should have moved both off the 22pt. Ask the audience?
We are really only comparing play #1 & #4 here, the rest isn't important. [22/21 12/9 v. 22/21(2) 12/10]
