I'd guess this is a small "normal score" take with a large possibility of being a pass (as White I'd be very confident of the double, and nearly indifferent to whether Blue takes or not, only slightly hoping for a pass).

I'd like to see a formerly known as money game rollout.

If the TP is elevated at 5-away 7-away by 2% or so, as Majestyk says, because of the limited recube, as Casper notes, then I'd guess that should make it a pass at the score.
