DQFTC: Safe or take chances now?

I break the 11 point now 11/6 11/8, giving 13/36 hits, but if not hit winning nearly all the time except by losing the race, which will happen sometimes. But 6/3 6/1 is worse for the race, gives Blue few clearing numbers next turn, and up to 16/36 ways leave to be forced to one blot plus, worse, 12/36 ways to leave two blots.
