i would not double and here is my reasoning. counting the number of winning vs losing rolls i'm not a favorite to win the game from this position. if i'm an underdog to win and therefore fall even further behind in the match vs joe average why would i want to make my self an even bigger dog vs a giant? it seems to me that the best play is the best play no matter who you are playing.
