No. This is why I like the first roll, as Stick recommended, to be on the table instead of through the box. But if they roll at the same time, then if they hit, however they end up is fine. However, USUALLY one player seems to roll first and then the other, and when this happens the second player should not be able to "shoot" at the first player's die.
