Preferred dice size

As a former magician, I prefer smaller dice. Smaller dice are harder for a dice mechanic to manipulate. Jon Tremaine a professional magicain makes the same point in "The Amazing book of backgammon" I prefer a dice tube as no one can get to touch the dice at all. Just make sure that the tube touches the table before the dice settle. We had an incident where a player was warned against this but kept on letting the dice reach the bottom of the tube (by turning slowly) then putting it down slowly if they liked the roll or violently to change the roll if not. A it was going to be my word against theirs and I was the organiser I let it go.
