Koca gets this right

After playing 63, Blue has 128 pips and can bear off with 6 rolls. But White on roll has 16 pips and needs at most 6 rolls.

I can't solve Stick's puzzle but suppose White has another checker on his ace point. Then with 17 pips White could take 7 rolls, playing legally. 3/off; 3/off; 2/off, 1/off; 2/off, 1/off; 2/1/off; 1/off(2); 1/ off.
