Boring old $ (Slot, 13/4) for me. No move leaves fewer shots (20), and it's only one blot. (There is a match score but I can't imagine it swinging the play, so my diagram is for unlimited/money to cover the situation more generally.)
H (Hit, 13/7 6/3*) or D (Down, 13/10 13/7) has more going for it when you're missed, but 27 or 25 numbers hit (including 6 or 5 that hit twice). Playing with one blot gives you a better chance to survive if you do get hit, and then again maybe you'll just stumble home if you don't get too creative.
It is worth noting, however, that Blue's 63D (63-down, 13/10 13/7), unloading the extra spares on the midpoint, is typically or frequently the best follow-up to his 65R+65R when White has checker(s) only on the ace point (not split), despite leaving 19 shots versus 14.
For example, if White had played his 22 differently (as N = Near, 13/11(2) 6/4(2)) instead of how he did play it, we would have the position below and I'm guessing that 63D is best (or at least close), and 63D would certainly be best if White's board were weaker.
Nack
[BGOnline headers do not seem to accept underlined letters, just as file names do not accept them. In such cases, I replace the hyphen following the would-be-underlined letter with an underscore. That is why you see 22Y in the caption but 22Y_ in the header.]
