MOAR: Mother Of All Rollout

Steven E Carey sent me that amazing rollout: a 46K XGR++ rollout of the 21 opening.

I am sure you will all join me in thanking Steven for this amazing contribution.

Do not pay attention to the duration: there is some overflow problem with that long of a RO that need to figure out. Steven said it took 4 months (obviously on a fast PC)
