Probability that a 6.0 player can join Mochy's 4.0 club

I was thinking 9-point matches, which I think is the minimum length for Mochy's 4.0 club. The empirical data I was using was my own matches. Though I haven't been very careful with my data analysis, I estimate that I play around 6.0 when I play 7-point matches at blitz speed. So I used that data but tightened the variance a tad on the assumption that the variance would go down a bit from 7-point matches to 9-point matches.
