Reduce the number of players people vote for to no more than 25

As posted yesterday, I prefer a maximum of 10, but everyone else thinks that is too low so I am fine with a max of 15. Most people thing 15 is too low, and CMC (here on forum) and some others privately, have suggested that voting for 25 is a good compromise.

By reducing the number to rank and vote for, you make things easier for the voters and as we've seen from the ammout of work you have to do to compile votes, simplify things for your team as well.

Most certainly there can still be 32 Giants when the ballots only allow for each voter to rank 25 players.
