There is a move in the Wild family, which is W (Wild, 21/16 6/5). Hence, this position can still technically qualify as "Wild or not," even under Nactation definition, though the W move probably won't catch any votes here.

With $ (Slot, 13/8 6/5), Blue creates an efficient two-plication and leaves himself 6s with which to cover or hit back next roll. Any other accompanying 5 is clearly worse than 13/8, so that's the move.

The diagram caption is a bit of retro-humor.
