FWIW, I agree with Bob. I'm sure that most people in my playing group would, while shaking their dice, hope to roll a 61 after Dmitriy's play, thinking that it was the only roll that would allow them to hit. Admittedly, some of them are strong enough that, if they actually did roll a 61, they would stop and reconsider, and perhaps refrain from hitting.
