Paradox of Values!!

It is almost for million times that I see these sorts of positions which "my GWC is less than my LCTP (live cube take point) " and the cube action is dbl/take and even sometimes nodbl/take!! I do not know what the problem is... Do I have some misunderstandings in this part of cube theory, or it is something wrong with XG numbers in doubling window!
I was wondering if you could correct me if I am wrong in this regard. I say that" if my GWC is less than my LCTP (fully adjusted TP considering all the Gs, BGs and recube vig), then the cube action is definitely dbl/pass (I am not talking about TG at the moment). Plus, we could see the value of lctp in doubling window in XG which is " Live Cube Take point"
This challenge started long time ago when I see this in XG and I could not find a convincing answer; however, it ended up with this position (which xg numbers are really on my nerve!!).
Urgent help is needed :)
