Bill, thank you for bringing that! My opponents have not been happy with me shaking by hand :)

BTW, the voting is not by division. It's a simple ballot, with the illegal moves rule stated two different ways with respect to being able to condone them.

It's nice and sunny (a little windy) and since the last tournament here, they've opened up the new Wheel, located adjacent to the tournament venue. I still prefer the Alamo, though.
