Difficult 1-1

This far behind in the race, our hopes lie in priming or attacking. The trouble is that hitting costs us some of our priming structure, while not hitting allows White free rein to improve her prime.
The purest priming play would seem to be 9/8 9/7 5/4, but this seems too bold. White has too many numbers to hit or point or escape. We can leave fewer shots with various other priming-oriented plays, such as 24/23(2) 10/8 or 13/11 10/8, but these still give White lots of escaping rolls. I think we have to hit for tempo.
If we hit, then we could try hitting loose with 5/2*, after which 9/8 looks like the best remaining ace. This way we don't have any points six apart, but I don't think it gains enough compared to switching points to allow White to hit from the bar. So, I've narrowed my first two aces down to 3/2*(2).
After that, I'm much less sure. 10/8 is the pedestrian play and doesn't look too bad, avoiding any shots and preventing White from escaping right away. Splitting the back checkers looks like asking for trouble, but we could consider advancing 24/23(2) to put some pressure on White's 8pt. It doesn't seem to accomplish much, though. 8/6 leaves White with just 64 to hit from the bar and retains four builders for the 4pt. I like it a bit better than 10/8. 13/11 gives us excellent outfield coverage at the cost of giving White 44 and 53 as well as 64 from the bar. Maybe that's too many but I think it has the best upside when we're missed. I will try 13/11 3/2*(2).
