I beg to differ Seths question was purely academic. “What were my winning chances in this position before I rolled?” “TALK ABOUT LUCK” He did not ask for an in depth explanation of the likely outcome of the position and how to equate it. Winning chances gives one an idea of the element of luck involved. The odds against his roll sequence are very high as are many others that would produce the same outcome, so they serve no purpose in this case. Most are aware from experience that to win from such a position is certainly possible. Calculating an acceptable % is something else.

You took the opportunity to give an in depth teach in with information gleaned from vast experience for sure, but it will be of academic interest only to many, especially at the mention of cubes and money games.lol
