After looking at a handful of candidates, the two plays I kept returning to were making the 4pt, P = 6/4(2), and advancing the anchor while making the bar point, B = 22/21(2), 8/7(2).

White has decent chances to fill in either his bar point or 4pt. If that happens, Blue will wish he had advanced his anchor.
