In Response To: The current rule IS THE PROBLEM (phil simborg)

1. Even if the rules permit, Open level players should refrain from shuffling checkers or hoverng continuously over the board "to help thinking", OUT OF COURTESY to the opponents and the game.

2. Using clocks is just necessary to make the game cleaner. I wonder if moneygame or chouettes could be played with clocks too.
