Why is each of the following not a good argument?

i) computer crashes happen

ii) one player has to move upside down

iii) misclicks happen

iv) when an irregularity does happen it now may be outside common experience making a ruling by TD difficult

v) The aesthetic sense of spectators is important also and they may prefer traditional play
