Having done video recordings myself in the past, I know that one problem I encounter is getting a backlog of video files to transcribe. I probably have on a moldy hard drive somewhere a bunch of videos I haven't transcribed, and at this point, probably never will. This is essentially why I stopped video recording.

If this is Gary's issue, I sympathize, and then would tell him to stop recording, because if he's never getting to transcribing the matches, then the camera is grandstanding.

If, however, Gary is transcribing the matches and not sending them out, then he's being an asshole, and should not be allowed to record matches.

Looks like either way, he shouldn't be allowed to record. The only question is if he's recording into /dev/null, or if he's an asshole.
