I have never heard of anyone receiving a match file from Gary.

I don't think a player should be allowed to refuse his matches to be recorded just because he dislikes cameras or didn't get a file once or twice. But I do think a player should have a reasonable expectation of receiving the match file at some point (making allowances for a reasonable person's time, equipment failures, etc.).

Recording some 200 matches but sharing 0 of them with your opponents doesn't sit right with me.
