In Response To: A Vegas ruling situation (Keene)

Why? Because of exactly the reason posted. The opponent has failed to deliver recorded matches in the past, not just to one player, but many. If this player asked to record me, then I would say no.

Ray's formulation allows any player to refuse to have his matches recorded for no reason whatsoever. My question still stands. Why?
