This was another tough one for me. Hitting, H = 13/9, 8/5* seems reasonable, even though it would leave a double shot at two blots in the inner board.The reason I went with making the 2pt was in case we are hit. If that were to happen, we would have only two direct covers for the blot that had not been hit. Plus we would be on the bar. In many variations, we would end up with only a three-point board.
Rather than risk that, I grabbed the 2pt, making a four-point board now. The Dillies get a 30% chance to anchor, but we leave only a fly shot at an outside blot.
