Needing to both hit and contain, I would leave the blot on the 17pt. White could get into difficulty if he rolls another 5.

The best building play then becomes I = Inside [6/4, 6/3]. Second best, N = Near [13/10, 6/4]. The semi-safe E = Each [17/14, 6/4] is my third candidate, but only so that a “safe” play is in the mix. I doubt it would win third in a rollout.
