Gary, the reason the Rogers girls, Happy and Baby Bee, are in a public school is a long story. Luckily, if you wish to hear it, he wrote a book about it. :-) It is, however, possibly the most exclusive public school in Singapore. Most of the girls who attend have extremely wealthy parents, and/or are cabinet minsters and the like. If you were picturing, say, Frederick Douglass Elementary, you are on the wrong track. Just because it is a "public" school doesn't mean any old "public" can send their children there.
