Nice that you have the cube available in case you have to bail eventually, but here playing on for the gammon looks good.

Of course I'd like to hit Blot C, but to win that gammon, I also need to close the board. So I'm going to make the 2 point, since it makes good use of that dilly builder on the 4 point, and still leaves me in decent shape to hit, cover the blot on the 3 point, or both next time.

Next turn, I also may be willing to lift the blot on the 3 point to the 2 or 1 point if I can't cover it. Could do it now, but it looks too uggy. At least next turn, if I lift, I won't be decreasing my chance of getting either the 2 or 3 point, because I'll already have the 2 point.
