  • 66 no 66 -> 35/46656
  • no 66 66 -> 35/46656
  • 66 66 66 -> 1/46656

Thus Casper's (3 * 1/36 * 1/36 * 35/36) + (1/36 * 1/36 * 1/36), which reduces to 106/46656 = 0.227%.
