Revised 2-1 Ats Opening Roll Heuristic

I quoted 16 errors, but there are actually 19 errors (I forgot to include the 3 Crawford exceptions that I mentioned in the original post), but the various EMG error figures I quoted are correct afaik.

If one memorises those 3 Crawford exceptions, plus these 2 Non-Crawford exceptions:-

2-away,4-away (XG splits, my heuristic slots): Error 0.0030 EMG

4-away,6-away (XG splits, my heuristic slots): Error 0.0017 EMG

then according to XG's opening book, this strategy plays the 2-1 opening roll perfectly up to and including 9-away,9-away.
