This is clearly the type of position where Keith's generic adjustments are too rough, so OtB I'd go with the result of the "second opinion." As a matter of fact, I might not even do the Keith Count at all, but go straight to specific adjustments followed by Nack58.

BTW, the adjustments for flat positions used above I learned from Dmitriy.
