The only direct advantage of preclearing the bar-point (7/6 7/1) seems to be that D5 plays better, so the risk is too high.

After both 10/3 and 11/4 {D6,D5} play bad.

10/4 5/4 and 11/5 10/9 aren't any better.

I think filling the phantom gap on the 4-point is better than filling the 3-point "gap".

Answer: 11/4
