Gridgammon is not for money, but it is where many top players play.

BGRoom is a decent site.

Gammonsite2000 is another very fine site (developed by the developer of XG) but not for money.

SafeHarborGames has tournaments every half hour and decent players...again, not for money.

Join the USBGF and you can play in excellent tournaments against excellent players on GridGammon...one of the many benefits of membership, and one reason why players all over the world have joined the USBGF (discounts, magazine, videos, news, tips, etc. etc.)
