Stick's reporting of the event is essentially accurate.

After the posted start time, and before Falafel's arrival, Bill Minser and Rory Pascar approached me and told me the penalty points could not be waived. I had said nothing to that point regarding the penalty points. Bill and Rory initiated the conversation.

I fully accept their stance. I appreciate their enforcement of the rules.

I never asked that the penalty points be waived. I did state to Falafel, and perhaps to others, that it would not bother me if the penalty points were waived but that I had been informed that it was not an option.
