Sport Accord

I am in regular contact with Sport Accord, especially regarding backgammon. The reason why backgammon (and poker as well) is not part of their recognized games is:

1. There is no worldwide recognized, unified and active body dedicated to and fully in charge and representing backgammon.

2. Backgammon is a skill game (just like poker), with an element of luck. In order for Bridge to be recognized by Sport Accord, some changes had to be implemented.
