20$/match?? that's for free imho(depending on which country u live in). the payment should be per hour of work. (to make it easy; match length of X hrs plus 1 hr for transcribing and shipping)

(there are many types of transcribers; the ones doing it just for the money, the curious ones and those who want to learn.)
