Backgammon Tutor is a free app on Android. The app itself is free, and you can take a couple of sample backgammon lessons and get flash cards on a couple of topics free, then there is a wide range of topics you can purchase by many top authors including Robertie, Woosley, Falafel, Bagai, Hickey, MCG and many more. Once you buy a lesson, complete with flash cards, you can view it on your Android or your computer and you own the lesson for at least 1 year.
Perry and I developed this teaching program and it has been positively reviewed by Bob Wachtel for the USBGF, and acclaimed by many experienced backgammon players around the world.
I can say, without question, it is the best backgammon teaching app on the market, and we are very proud of it and stand behind it. -------------
I am working on a new app for both Android and iPad that looks and sounds like music but provides take points and match equities so that you don't have to take a break and go to the bathroom during matches.
-------------
I have also developed an app that transcribes backgammon matches and videos into XG but since no one wants to pay for transcriptions, I have trashed the project.
--------------
Lastly, I have developed a chouette score keeping app that cheats in favor of the scorekeeper so you don't have to do it manually.
