The equation "1 PR = 33 Elo" isn't for DMP. PR's at DMP are a quite different animal.

One way to approach this question would be to consider Snowie ER instead. It should be straightforward to convert Snowie ER to match winning chances. Then perhaps one can pretend that PR is approximately equal to ER (but maybe with a factor of 1.5 artificially thrown in?).
