This is true sometimes but not always. The response is very erratic. Sometimes you get a better response than anything you could have paid for, but often you get zilch. Other times you get post-hoc justification of the bot play that doesn't actually stand up to close scrutiny. If AP wants a consistently good job done on a significant number of positions then I think he is on the right track to ask about a paid service.
