How would Senk and Nack do today?

If these are money games, the cube is truly unlimited, then presumably the best strategy for the human is still to get into a crazy superbackgame that the computer doesn't understand, and get into a double/beaver/redouble cycle to win infinitely many points in one game. But XG caps the cube at 1024 or something, right? In any case, the relevant question still seems to be how hard it is to trick the computer into this scenario. The human who is most skilled at this particular trick may not be the most skilled human backgammon player in the usual sense.

To address Phil's intended question, it might be necessary to switch from money games to, say, 15-point matches.
