The answer must surely depend on the quality of the analysis you get. For example, for the first question, are we talking about analysis at the level of Ballard and Weaver's book? Realistically, I don't see Ballard or Weaver or anyone else putting in that amount of effort for every single third-roll position, even if you cop out with some boilerplate for the "obvious" decisions. So it's presumably going to be some lower-quality effort, and it's hard to judge how much that would be worth without actually seeing it.
