Pip-Counts and Doubling Decisions - Another Approach

A play from our club in Munich, Axel Reichert, has thoroughly studied the exisiting pip-count methods and has developed them, based on the Keith-count. He has published a scientific article which I recommend to read. Those who have the mathematical skills and deep understanding of all methods, please feel free to comment.
